ATEM-Polska Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Gdynia undertakes to make its website accessible at… in accordance with the principles laid down in the Act on Digital Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Entities of 4 April 2019  (Dz.U. of 2019, item 848), which implements Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (O J EU L 327 of 02/12/2016 p. 1.)


The strategy and actions to be taken for this purpose are currently being developed and will lead to the publication of a multi-annual programme, to be complemented by an action plan for the current year.
