ATEM-Polska Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Gdynia undertakes to make its website accessible at www.axians.com/… in accordance with the principles laid down in the Act on Digital Accessibility of Websites and Mobile Applications of Public Entities of 4 April 2019  (Dz.U. of 2019, item 848), which implements Directive (EU) 2016/2102 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 October 2016 on the accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public sector bodies (O J EU L 327 of 02/12/2016 p. 1.)

The strategy and actions to be taken for this purpose are currently being developed and will lead to the publication of a multi-annual programme, to be complemented by an action plan for the current year.

Remedies
