On 3rd of February 2023, the annual ATEM-Polska Management Meeting 2023 was held in Sopot.
The theme was a summary of our achievements in 2022 and the plans and challenges ahead of us in 2023.
The following awards were presented during the meeting:
👉 for the best annual rating among our Business Units
👉 for Leaders of the Year, in recognition of professional achievements and contribution to the work of the team and the company.
Congratulations to the winners!
Exemplary leadership, courage, building elite teams of experts and safety have the highest priority for us.
And since the army and business are often not much different, we invited Gen. Roman Polko to talk about this topic in the evening, to tell us about it inspiringly.
The general emphasized that the mission (task) required constant ongoing correction and a broader view. Schemes do not always make sense when time and results count. However, agility and flexibility are often at a premium.
We have the same opinion!
We are convinced that the secret of our success is also, and perhaps above all, people with passion, and 2023 will be our year.
