We create a service offer that is separate for each client, depending on the level of internal competences, budget constraints and other operational requirements (field maintenance, business systems, diagnosing and removing errors, ToIP, messaging systems, VPN, as well as server reporting systems and application programs).
Failure of any system could have a serious impact on business processes and even make them unavailable. The Network Operations Center is Axians’ focal point, which proactively repairs such failures before they can affect users. The Network Operations Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and its purpose is to monitor your network, perform maintenance and upgrade tasks, and even repair network and utility failures. Monitoring can be performed at the customer’s site or remotely.
Service Level Agreement (SLA)
The Service Level Agreement (SLA) defines the level of quality that applies to Axians’ support and maintenance services. Each contract is tailored to each client, their environment and specific requirements. However, they share a common goal: to entrust Axians with all network monitoring activities. This is done with confidence as customers receive regular reports that put them in control of their infrastructure.
